22-Year-Old Woman Elected Panchayat President In Tamil Nadu
Sarulatha, 22, is among the youngest panchayat presidents in Tamil Nadu after she was elected from the Venkadampatti Panchayat in the newly-constituted Tenkasi district, reserved for women.
